Hugh "Hughie" Douglas (born 22 June 1993 in Bray) is an Irish association footballer who plays for UCD. Hugh plays as a central or holding midfielder. He has made underage appearances for the Republic of Ireland at U15, U16 and Schoolboy level.
Career
UCD
In June 2011, Hugh signed for Premier Division side UCD. At the age of 18, Hugh made his League of Ireland debut on 3 September 2011 for UCD against Drogheda United in a thrilling 5-4 victory.[1] On 30 September, Hugh continued his good form as he grabbed an impressive assist against Dundalk as UCD ran out 3-0 winners.[2]
